Comparison of Chemical and Biological Control Techniques to Stem Rot Fusarium Spp. On Fig Seedlings (Ficus Carica L.) as an Effort to Substitute Agrochemical Inputs in Environmentally Friendly Control

Figs have many benefits to treat various health problems, so it is necessary breed vegetatively that the production of figs can increase in future. Fig nurseries problems with success seedlings caused by stem rot disease due attack pathogen Fusarium spp. This study aims determine ability chemical and biological control techniques suppressing intensity spp., as well looking for substitution agrochemical inputs environmentally friendly control. The research was conducted at greenhouse faculty agriculture, Batik Islamic University Surakarta, from September 15, 2020 December 23, 2020. used a Complete Randomized Design (RAL), 6 types technique treatments, consisting control, Trichoderma Gliocladium Corynebacterium PGPR, Mankozeb, which repeated 3 times subrepannant. Observation consists parameters incubation period disease, incidence severity disease. results showed treatment able reduce attacks best obtained trichoderma spp agents (APH). delay up 48.89hsi, 88.89%, 97.78% because has antagonism abilities form competition mechanisms, mycoparasites, antibiosis. Ability APH be an alternative solution substitute more sustainable maintain natural balance agroecosystems
